Terms
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms cover this website and Birchable, the workspace app, while it is in early access. Birchable is run by THT Productions Pty Ltd (ABN 61 693 659 853) ("we", "us"). By signing in or using Birchable you agree to them. If you are using it for your employer, you confirm you may accept them for your employer.
Early access
Birchable is still being built. It is provided as it is. Features can change or stop, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We will give you reasonable notice before we end your access, unless there is a security or legal reason not to.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Keep your access to it secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
Your information
Your information stays yours. You give us permission to store it and process it only to run Birchable for you, as set out in our Privacy page. You are responsible for having the right to put it into Birchable, including other people's contact details, and for using it lawfully.
Connected accounts
When you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Xero or another account, Birchable acts only with the permission you gave. Birchable changes something in a connected account, such as sending an email, moving an event or recoding a line in Xero, only when a person presses the button for it. You can disconnect an account at any time, and Birchable then stops reading it.
AI features
Some features use AI to draft, summarise or suggest. AI can be wrong or incomplete. Check what it produced before you send, save or rely on it. You are responsible for what you send or do.
What you must not do
Do not use Birchable to break the law, to send spam or deceive anyone, to get into someone else's account or information, to interfere with the service or to copy it. We may suspend an account that is used this way.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be limited. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that arises from using Birchable in early access, such as lost data, lost profit or business interruption, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. While Birchable is a free beta, that is nil. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Ending your use
You can stop using Birchable at any time, and you can ask us to delete your information as set out in our Privacy page. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we end early access.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will change the date above and tell people who use Birchable before it takes effect. Using Birchable after that means you accept the change.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state.
